I'm not a doctor, and have no scientific background. It's up to you to make sure that your product actually works for you. Some people can't sleep. Some people sleep fine with some products. Some people don't have any sleep problems at all. But if you think your sleep is bad, and you want a different kind of sleep, you'll find what you need here. The more you know, the better. If you have a chronic sleep problem like insomnia, you might want to try a different sleep product, if you have this problem. If you're on any medications, you can find a list of which are safe to use. If you have some medical condition, your doctor might recommend something that won't work for you.
For the most part, all these sleep supplements are safe to take as part of a healthy lifestyle. Some are slightly more harmful than others, but none of them are particularly dangerous.
